Leading Bonus Overview

In order to recognize and reward your achievements, Oak Smart has established an extensive system of rewards and bonuses. The company grants medals and trophies for achievements in business construction, with further recognition provided in written publications and elsewhere. Oak Smart continuously updates its bonuses and rewards to encourage the development of business and performance. For any questions, please refer to current materials or contact your upline.

Your rank and team are determined based on your ST performance. By demonstrating your ability to develop partners and assisting them in building their client groups, and through their team's performance improvement, your team will expand to include more partners.

Leading Bonus Calculation

The leading bonus is calculated as a percentage of the USD profit from all client deposits within your team.

When there are other partners with ranks within the team you developed, the percentage of the bonus you receive will be reduced by the percentage of the bonus they receive.

When the difference in bonus percentages ≤0, you will not be able to earn bonuses from their team performance.

Interpreting ST

ST is the quantity of team deposits excluding PT.

As illustrated in Figure 2-1, we can see that:

• A has a deposit amount of 20,000, and his team volume is 200,000, totaling 220,000.

• B has a deposit amount of 50,000, and his team volume is 100,000, totaling 150,000.

• C has a deposit amount of 50,000, and his team volumeis 100,000, totaling 150,000.

Therefore, after excluding A's deposit amount and his team volume, the sum of all remaining deposit amounts is ST = 150,000 + 150,000 = 300,000.

Based on the Accelerated Rewards Program rank requirements, you meet the condition of having deposits of 3,000 and an ST ≥ 300,000. Your rank is Grade 3.

As shown in Figure 2-2, you've recommended three clients: A, B, and C, where you are ranked Grade 3 and A is ranked Grade 2.

Taking the example from Figure 2-3 left, when calculating for A's client, we refer to him as the "Starter."

The Starter's bonus moves upward; when it reaches A, A receives a bonus of 50 × 10% = 5 from his client.

Continuing upward, when it reaches you, you receive a bonus of 50 × (15% - 10%) = 2.5 from A's client. Here, 15% represents your bonus percentage as Grade 3, and 10% represents A's bonus percentage as Grade 2.

Taking the example from Figure 2-3 right, when calculating for B's client, he is referred to as the "Starter."

The Starter's bonus moves upward; when it reaches B, B does not qualify as an partner.

Continuing upward, when it reaches you, you receive a bonus of 50 × 15% = 7.5 from B's client. Here, 15% represents your bonus percentage as Grade 3.

Leading Bonus Settlement:

Leading bonuses are usually settled at 00:00 (UTC+0) the following day and are credited to your USD asset account at 10:00 (UTC+0) the following day.
