1. Go toand find the deposit order you want to redeem. Click on 。

1. Confirm your redemption request. For deposits redeemed after more than 30 days, we will charge a 1% service fee. For deposits redeemed before 30 days, a 5% service fee will be charged. The fee will be deducted after the redemption is approved.

1. Click on and your order will be pending approval for redemption. You can click on to view your deposit orders that are in the process of being redeemed.

1. Redemptions are typically processed and completed within 2 hours. After completion, your deposited currency will be returned to your cryptocurrency account.
